How we teach

Programs are built from classroom instruction, instructor demonstration, practical application and individual feedback. The process advances systematically, taking participants' levels and needs into account.

Through the process we aim to develop not only technical skill but, first, safety awareness, discipline, accountability and performance.

Instructors observe participants' work and provide individual feedback where needed, helping them identify areas to develop.

For Greenberet, training is not the completion of a program. It is a process built on learning, applying, receiving feedback and continuously developing.

How a program runs

  1. 01

    Classroom instruction

The safety principles, legal responsibilities and technical fundamentals the program requires are delivered in a classroom setting.

  2. 02

    Instructor demonstration

Every skill to be practised is demonstrated correctly by the instructor so participants see an accurate reference.

  3. 03

    Application

Participants apply what they have learned through dry practice and controlled range work under instructor supervision.

  4. 04

    Individual feedback

Instructors observe the work and give individual feedback, helping participants identify where to develop.

Levels and prerequisites

It matters to us that every participant acquires foundational knowledge and skill correctly, and builds the necessary base before moving to more advanced levels.

For this reason, some advanced programs require completion of the relevant foundation training, or equivalent training taken elsewhere.
