Ali Osman Doğru left his post in 2025 after fourteen years of Special Operations service within the Turkish National Police. Across his professional career he held operational duties alongside roles in training, instruction, team management and training planning.
He holds expertise and instructional experience across firearms training, close protection and VIP security, precision rifle, building and vehicle operations, aircraft operations, advanced driving, risk analysis, security planning and crisis management.
Over his career he served in different regions of Turkey and abroad, taking part in duties and training activities in Afghanistan, Syria, Northern Iraq, Europe and the Middle East.
He served on the close protection detail of the Office of the Presidency and took part in the training of close protection teams. He has instructed law enforcement and other professional personnel in firearms, security, close protection, operational skills and advanced driving.
He also holds experience in the planning of training programs, developing personnel, team management and instructor development.
